The membership card is considered an official document granted to accredited members, proving that its holder is recognized as an active member in the field of women’s empowerment and sustainable development. This card allows members to participate in specialized programs and initiatives led by the organization, reflecting their level of expertise and competence according to the organization’s internationally recognized standards.
The applicant must be an organization, institution, authority, or entity working in the field of women’s empowerment or related issues.
Possess a valid official record or professional/institutional license.
Commitment to the organization’s standards in women’s empowerment, equality, and institutional quality.
Submit an official membership application accompanied by the required documents (license, official record, and a summary of activities and initiatives in the field of women’s empowerment).
Agreement to the organization’s professional and ethical code of conduct.
Payment of the annual membership fees set by the Secretariat in accordance with the goals and programs of the International Organization for the Defense of Women's Rights.
Receiving an official membership certificate accredited by the organization.
Eligibility to apply for the Women’s Excellence and Quality Certificate and other accreditation certificates.
Inclusion of the member’s name and logo in the official members’ directory on the organization’s website.
Issuance of a membership card and certificate for the representative of the company, authority, or institution.
Commitment to participate in conferences, events, and exhibitions organized by the organization.
The right to use the organization’s logo on publications and media materials within the specified guidelines.
Access to free or discounted technical and professional consultations from the organization’s experts in women’s development and empowerment.
Access to an international network of the organization’s members and partners worldwide, and participation in training programs and workshops organized by the organization.
International promotional and marketing opportunities through the organization’s platforms and events.
Participation in shaping policies and initiatives promoted by the organization to relevant stakeholders, aimed at enhancing women’s rights and status.
An electronic copy of the official travel document (passport).
An electronic copy of the professional ID or proof of work in the field of women’s support and empowerment.
Electronic copies of certificates and documents supporting professional and academic expertise in the member’s fields of work.
A declaration affirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and that they are free from any forgery or falsification.
Fill out the registration form available on the organization’s website.
Submit all required documents along with the registration form to the organization through official channels.
The application will be reviewed by the designated committee, and the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection decision within one week of submission.
After the application is approved, the prescribed fees must be paid through the organization’s bank account.
After completing all procedures, the membership card and official membership certificate are sent to the member.
